Turn logo into grafitti

Im looking to take a logo and put it onto an image of a wall so it looks like fairly convincing graffiti.

Most of the tutorials I've looked at basically say to simply change the blending mode to overlay, but this makes the logo im using barley visible.

this is the logo im wanting to put on the wall (ive put a grey background so you can see it, i have it saved with a transparent bg)

Logo

and this is the wall i wat to "spray" it on (top left)

Wall

sorry about using flickr

I am pretty amateur in photoshop so be gentle

thanks

Tom, what are ur layer settings. this should be fairly simple to do. if overlay is too light, try just duplicating the top layer a few times, or try screen or multiply. something like that:)
